Manufacturing & Turnaround Time
Every part ordered through the Instant Quote Engine is manufactured on-demand using sustainable recycled material. Please note the following timelines:
- Production Time: 2–4 business days, depending on part volume and machine availability.
- Shipping Time: 48 hours via Royal Mail once the part has cleared quality control and left our facility.
- Total Estimated Turnaround: Expect your parts to arrive in 4-6 business days from the moment you place your order.

- 100% Recyclable: All parts are shipped in standard recyclable cardboard boxes.

Manufacturing & Logistics Specifications
1. Statutory Return Exemption
In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods made to a customer's specific specifications or clearly personalized are legally exempt from the standard 14-day statutory right to cancel, change, or return goods for a refund. Once an automated print file request passes validation and enters our manufacturing pipeline, orders are final and non-refundable.
2. Engineering & Manufacturing Tolerances
FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) production processes utilize recycled polymers that possess natural thermal variances. All dimensional outputs are subject to an operational tolerance threshold of ±0.2mm or ±1% of total part geometry, whichever value is greater. Surface texturing, minor layer witness lines, or cosmetic variances inherent to recycled material feedstocks do not constitute manufacturing faults or structural failure points.
3. Geographic Transit Variations
Standard fulfillment rates apply strictly to standard Royal Mail delivery zones. Orders destined for remote geographic administrative zones within the United Kingdom—including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Scilly Isles, and the Channel Islands—may experience extended shipping transit periods exceeding the standard 48-hour delivery timeline due to carrier routing constraints.
