EcoLayer Labs Terms of Service

1. Maximum Printer Bed Boundaries

Our industrial 3D printing equipment is strictly calibrated to ensure high-quality, continuous production. Therefore, all submitted 3D models must fit entirely within our maximum physical build envelope of 250mm x 250mm x 250mm.

Any designs exceeding these boundaries will be automatically rejected by our file processing engine. If your design is larger, please segment your layout into interlocking sub-assemblies before submission.

2. File Format Parameters

We currently only accept binary format .stl (Stereolithography) files. The files must be manifold (water-tight) with no intersecting or open geometric bounds.

• Ascii STL formats are not currently supported.
• Ensure the file header and facet declarations are fully standard compliant.

3. Circular Additive Manufacturing Feedstocks Guidelines

EcoLayer Labs is committed to sustainable manufacturing. All printed models are manufactured utilizing advanced recycled polymers and composite materials. By submitting a design, you acknowledge that slight variations in color or texture may exist due to the recycled nature of our materials.

We encourage customers to send back failed prototypes or end-of-life prints to our facilities for continuous circular material loop regeneration.
